The Gallery

img_5690This year we are enlarging the gallery space and ensuring that more artists are represented – the space used to house potatoes, wine, animals and a tractor and was converted when we moved here in 2006 – exactly three hundred years after the house was built.  Nowadays it is a quiet space with a lovely sunny courtyard behind.  Come and pay us a visit and if you do so in the next few weeks, the roses will also be at their best.

We have a wide variety of items for sale – from some small local gifts – lavender bags form our locally grown lavender and beautiful Portuguese linen, jewellery made in Covas, delicious locally grown organic preserves from Quinta de Mos, candles from Swaziland from our favourite community development project there, wonderful soaps from Portugal and of course, a variety of turned items from Robin whose Logs to Art workshop is just around the corner form the gallery.
